Dr. Heron is a certified member of the Society of Aesthetics in Medicine in Laser Lipo-suction training. Doctor's Weight Loss Centers (DWLC) was established in 1981 by Dr. Roy Heron in Alexandria, Virginia. With the tremendous success of the landmark practice, DWLC has since expanded to two convenient locations in the greater Washington, DC area.
Getting rid of unwanted body fat is the goal for tens of millions of people around the world. Traditional liposuction was effective but required highly invasive surgery with extended downtime.
